In line with the industries best practice, in the event of no service being provided due to government restrictions on movement or if guests have to cancel due Covid related illness we will provide a full refund.

As a small and NEW business we are reliant on our customer bookings in order to cover our overheads and keep our business afloat. We are hoping guests won’t need to cancel their bookings but appreciate this may become inevitable, we would prefer guests to consider rescheduling bookings to a future date.
